Powder Coating

 

Our powder coating line is a state-of-the-art system installed in May, 1997. It consists of a three-stage power cleaner phosphater, combination convection-water dry/bake oven and an enclosed 300 foot monorail track. We use a Nordson paint booth with 90 KVA electrostatic paint guns for sprarying.

Our line can accomodate parts up to 24" x 36" x 72". We generally run steel, aluminum, and galvanized parts, but we can also run copper, bronze, and brass if requested.

We have available capacity of up to 6 days a week if required. Turnaround time for powder coating only is less than 24 hours from receipt of materials, pending volume requirements. Our location in a major metropolitan area inhances JTT capabilities to many locations.
