Our engineering staff can assist
you with answering design
questions or suggestions to
help you build a high quality,
cost-effective product.
We can handle data from many 2D and 3D CAD systems. We use:
AP100US - 32bit Windows based for CAD/CAM programming
MXWIN - Robotic Bending System Simulation
SolidWorks - 3D Solid Modeling - accurate design and assembly of parts
AutoCAD Mechanical - CAD programming
AMP1E - DOS based for 2D CAD/CAM programming
We use AutoCAD and SolidWorks in combination to develop flat patterns of sheet metal parts.
Using the above software, we can send and receive a number of different file formats, including:
DXF/DWG, STEP, IGES, STL, ACIS, X_B (Parasolid Binary), X_T files.
Drawings in any of the above file formats can be submitted via e-mail for quotation.
Send them to the engineering department
